Cover feature DINOSAUR GIRL faces off with an Asian giantess determined to swing World War II in favor of the Axis by controlling the Pacific Theater. If she can prevail against DG, there well may be more titanic distaff terrors created from the “Blood Of The Giantess”; a 17-page battle royal written and drawn by Rock Baker, with ink embellishment by Jeff Austin. Then, turn the clock back to the Middle Ages that never were for another wacky adventure with ROWENA, the gentle giantess. An extreme cold snap turns out to be the work of CRYONIA, another visiting giantess; and ROWENA must find a way to persuade her to move on before she and her human-sized charges become icicles. Written by Eric Lindberg, penciled by Rock Baker and inked by Jeff Austin. Then, flip the book over, turn it upside down and check out FEMFORCE #157! With Synn’s reality-warping powers seemingly out of control, the FEMFORCE have taken her to The Colorado Project for a medical intervention. But it’s not always wise to leave your health in the hands of a doctor who comes from another planet, with a couple of assistants who happen to be giantesses. The therapy they concoct is definitely “outside of the box”! PARAGON’S sightlessness becomes ever more puzzling, NIGHTVEIL is barred from using her magic, and SHE-CAT goes looking for a mysterious person out of her past, only to end up tangling with ATOMAN, CARBONATOR and SPEEDBOLT of the doltish JUSTICE SQUAD. Meanwhile, SYNN just mopes and waits for whatever is going to happen to happen. All this and more in “Living In Synn, Part 1”- plot by Stephanie and Mark Heike (with a script by Mark Heike), pencils by Chris Allen and Rock Baker, and inks by Jeff Austin. Then-hang onto your hats for the first full-length adventure with the GREATEST new super-team series since…well, since The FEMFORCE was created! Make way for the New Earth Defense Organization Reserve- N.E.D.O.R. Agents! In an alternate version of Earth (as is told in this tale narrated by the FF’s NIGHTVEIL), it’s 1965, and a group of super-powered champions (based on the characters from the long-defunct Standard/Nedor/Better publishing group of the 1940s) has spent 20 years in readiness for a terrible event, which now is almost upon them. World War II veteran heroes Black Terror, Fighting Yank, American Eagle, Doc Strange, Liberator, Woman In Red, The Grim Reaper, Commando Cubs, American Crusader, Tygra, Princess Pantha and Miss Masque are joined by second-generation heroines (and uber-babes) Candi Future, Pyrogirl and Fighting Tank, Jr.as they learn the truth about what REALLY threatens the world in “Everlasting Battle” a 25-page retro-revisionist epic that’s fast-moving, sexy and action-packed. Created, written and drawn by WILL MEUGNIOT, the feature that we teased in FF #156 kicks into high-gear this issue-and will be soaring to even greater glories in FF #158! Plus- N.E.D.O.R. Agents pin-ups by Rick Hoberg, Gerry Acerno and Keith Tucker, AND info on a special original art contest giveaway by Will himself! In total, 84 pages of all-new, never-before-seen story and art; black & white interiors with full color covers. Still the best value in comicdom! (Please note: This book has exactly the SAME contents as FEMFORCE #157.)

Flip the book over, turn it around and get even MORE great comics entertainment reading our regular flip-book feature,FEMFORECE #154!!ll SYNN have to be permanently banished or will STARDUST’s risky solution be the answer? Fan-favorite artist BRAD GORBY returns!! Another SUPER-SIZED 84-page landmark extravaganza, as all-time FEMFORCE fan favorite BRAD GORBY returns to pencil a chapter this issue, as well as illustrate the spectacular color cover. Brad’s atmospheric and evocative artwork on the title during the 1990’s is considered the high-water mark of the entire series by long-time fans, and anyone interested enough to look back on those issues will understand why Brad was Todd McFarlane’s first choice to replace himself on Image Comics’ SPAWN series during it’s heyday. After a decade out of the comics business, Brad makes his triumphant return here. But as always, story trumps art in FF as the lead feature begins to tie divergent plot elements together as a previously-dispensed-with menace will return to threaten the FEMFORCE. And with more than 80 pages to work with, fascinating back-up features abound, as STORMY TEMPEST (straight out of Bill Black’s live-action SMARTY PANTS ENTERTAINMENT DVD video series) continues her life undercover in contemprary times; and Mauricio Hunt’s distaff teen avenger KINETICS returns.  Writers include Mark & Stephanie Heike, Chad Halcom, Len Strazewski, Eric Jonson and Rock Baker. The latest volume in the chronological reprinting of comicdom’s premiere “good girl” art superheroine team comic is here!! This tome covers FEMFORCE #24-30, wherin RAD’S reformation fails, COLT temps as team leader, JENNIFER WAYNE-BURKE becomes the new MS. VICTORY, the BLACK SHROUD reappears, SYNN returns from limbo, Golden Age heroes (and villains) revive, and GARGANTA is born!! Some of THE most important events that shape the AC Comics superhero universe occured within the issues that are covered in this Volume 4 compilation: MS. VICTORY’S daughter Jennifer is manipulated into becoming a super-powered operative and replacing her mother as team leader of the FF while Joan Wayne is manifesting the anti-social personna of RAD. This situation crystalizes the antagonistic relationship between Joan ( The REAL MS. VICTORY ) Wayne and her daughter Jen that persists to this day. THE major villain in the ACU, The BLACK SHROUD manifests his influence during this period, which begins a long-running storyline that will culminate in the massive battle against him that became known as The Shroud War. As The SHROUD’S machinations increase, the cast of AC “good guys” assembling to fight him grows as well. Longtime Paragon Publications favoriye SYNN is brought back from exile in limbo to rejoin the FF, and the entire populace of Dr. Jonathan (PURPLE CLAW) Weir’s VAULT OF HEROES- dozens upon dozens of ACTUAL Golden Age heroes and heroines, originally published by a myriad of now-defunct comic book houses- are revived to prep for the fight against The SHROUD. (Unfortunately, an equivalent number of VILLAINS also stored in stasis revive as well, to act as pawns for the master menace!!) And, as part of a separate storyline, Dr Carol Heisler, looking for a cure for arthritis, finds her self-experimentation turning her into the 50 foot tall rampaging giantess known as GARGANTA!! FF creator Bill Black reclaimed the full scripting chores on FEMFORCE during this time period, and began to turn the book into an ongoing action-and-soap-opera comic book classic, and with art chores handled by soon-to-be Marvel/DC mainstays like Rik Levins, Billie Marimon, Frank Turner, Mark Propst and John Dell, the FEMFORCE title began to really hit it’s stride during this strech of 1990 and 1991 issues. This volume is over 200 pages at full comic book size; squarebound trade paperback “bookshelf” binding, with full-color covers and black & white interiors. Quantities are limited, so if you are interested, better act fast. This volume will sell out fast, and a second printing is very unlikely. Released in 2010.

It’s milestone atop milestone this issue, as AC COMICS officially celebrates 25 years of publishing with the BIG 150Th issue of it’s landmark FEMFORCE comic book series. In the history of the medium, only a select few comic book titles have reached the 150 mark, and even fewer publishers have been able to stay in the comic book business for as much as a quarter century, so AC does the celebration up right, introducing the ALL-NEW 84-page format for FEMFORCE with this special DOUBLE-SIZED issue, sporting TWICE as many pages (with EVERY ONE ALL-NEW, and never-before-seen!! Not a SINGLE reprint!!) as a regular issue.!! Inside a cover drawn by AC publisher (and FF creator) Bill Black, the climax of the long-running “Death of Stardust” plotline reaches fruitition. NIGHTVEIL and SYNN have gathered their special force of paranormals (guest-stars FIREBEAM, The HAUNTER, COMMAND D, The SHADE, BOLT, ASTRON and ASTRA) for a final showdown on the world of the villainous OLD DARK ONES. At the last minute, MS. VICTORY arrives to join the heroic band, leaving SHE-CAT to stay behind to watch over TARA FREMONT and PARAGON, injured last issue. While an unexpected complication arrives to join the party Earthside, The cosmic contingent is amazed to find STARDUST ALIVE (if not well) and a captive of the Old Dark Ones. The day is won, STARDUST is reunited with her teammates, and all return to Earth. But- the story of the Old Dark Ones may NOT be over. “Full Circle” is the special 42-page conclusion of this long-running storyline, written (in 7 chapters) by Mark Heike, with art by Jeff Austin, Rock Baker, Quinton Bedwell, Gianluca Cerritelli, Eric Theriault, Javier Lugo, Chris Allen, Richard Scott and Jeremiah Lambert. Special editorial messages from both Bill Black and Mark Heike, and pinups/short features from Mike Machlan, Enrico Teodoarani and Giampaulo Frizzi. Then, flip the book over, turn it upside-down, and get a double-dose of giant woman thrills with the 13th issue of GARGANTARAMA-The Comic Book, the great flip-book feature that shares it’s run with FF!! Inside a spectacular color cover by THREETA artist Dennis Chacon, it’s a double-dose of the gentle giantess of the Middle Ages with 14 pages of Eric Lindberg & Rock Bakers ROWENA, as her marriage to normal-sized Cedric finally comes off- though not without incident. When ROWENA’S giant-sized family decides to crash the reception- they REALLY CRASH the reception, and there is some doubt whether any normal-sized humans will survive!! Then, Rock Baker is back with his own creation, DINOSAUR GIRL!! It takes a full 24 PAGES of fighting pehistoric reptiles and cat fights with an entire squad of Nazi giantesses to do it, but our World War II super-sized government operative DINOGIRL finally vanquishes the evil COLONEL VON KLAA!! More giant-woman action than has EVER appeared in a single issue of GARGANTARAMA-The Comic Book before- but get used to it. As mentioned earlier, this issue markes the beginning of a new format for FEMFORCE/GARGANTARAMA-The Comic Book. Starting this issue, and from now on, EVERY issue will be 84 pages, meaning TWICE as much FEMFORCE “good girl art” action AND TWICE as much GTS highjinx as before!! During the end of his military service, Gordon made life hell for the Femforce. As the official government liason to the team, they took orders from him. Now, Gordon has his eyes on quite a prize- the US White House- and based on his popularity, he just might get his parties’ nomination. When in Orlando on the campaign trail, the FF is called upon to handle security at a Gordon rally, and as the only two members not actively pursuing a case, SHE-CAT and TARA are drafted into duty. The night becomes more than an irritating chore when not one but TWO of the FF’s most wanted foes show up there-the time-travelling STORMY TEMPEST, and the feral feline known as PRIDE, in “Pride Goest Before A Fall”, written & drawn by Stephanie Sanderson-Heike, and inked by Mark Heike.!! Then, turn the book over, flip it upside down, and enjoy the “flip-book” feature on the back of FF #149- GARGANTARAMA- The Comic Book #12!! As always, it’s giant women aplenty, with the latest installment in the saga of the economy-sized WWII superheroine, DINOSAUR GIRL- “Fall Into Danger”!! While Vivian (DinoGirl) Strand and her husband Rex await the inevitable attack of the giant-sized, all-girl Nazi platoon of Colonel Von Klaa on the very jungle island where Vivian got her size-changing powers, she must do battle with two of her reptilian namesakes just to survive!! Story and pencils by Rock Baker, ink finishes by Jeff Austin. Then, a NEW GTS feature- witness INFERNA- half-demoness, half human, and all GIANT-SIZED!! Tragedy strikes as one of the FF’s core members falls in the heat of battle; Synn fights with an intensity never before seen; Ms V finds she may have lost a son almost as soon as she’d found him, and Nightveil and She-Cat have finally returned to normal- or so we THINK. If this is the END of a story arc, why does it raise more questions than it seems to answer? Find out in the thrilling conclusion to the “Nothing To Fear But Fear Itself” story, as penned by Chris Irving, with art by talented newcomers Jon Doe, Chris Franklin, and Rob Lansley, with help from Mark & Stephanie Heike. Then, it’s two “flashback” stories; never-before seen adventures set in a previous time in FF continuity: YANKEE GIRL in “Circus Freak”, set in the early 1990’s, just after her emergence from Dr. Jonathan Weir’s VAULT OF HEROES. YG tries to find her place in the “modern world” by getting a job with a circus she helped out during World War II- but things don’t go smoothly. Plot, pencils & inks by Gianluca Cerritelli, and a script by Eric Johnson. Then, Gianluca is back handling pencil chores on “Death On The Airwaves”, a 1940’s BLUE BULLETEER adventure, written by Mark Heike and inked by Jeff Austin. BB looks for clues to the disappearance of her lover, The BLACK COMMANDO, but finds herself immersed in a Nazi plot to use Nicola Tesla’s abandoned equipment to sabotage US homeland air defenses instead!! And if all that is not enough, this issue of FF is another “flip book”- after you’ve read all the great Femforce action described above, flip the book over, turn it upside down and you’ve ALSO got issue #5 of comicdom’s best “giant woman” themed comic book, GARGANTARAMA-THE COMIC BOOK, with THREE great stories this issue, all penned by GTS enthusiast Eric Johnson!! Marla Allison is back in “The Trials of Humonga”, the first installment in a new ongoing series (with art by Rock Baker and Paul Wills); telephone chatlines go GTS in “1-900-GIANTESS”, illustrated by Quentin Bedwell & Rob Lansley; and Norse mythology goes GTS in “The Ragnarok Vault”, with art by Rock Baker and Jeff Austin. All totalled, it’s 44 pages of never-before-seen “good girl” art and action with superheroines and giantesses!! Standard comic book size, saddle-stitched; full color covers with black & white interiors. Printed in 2007.

This is part 2 of the three-part “Return From The Ashes” storyline. The “new reality” the Femforce has to live with is taking it’s toll as Nightveil blows up at General Strock’s blase’ attitude toward the threat of The Shroud, and Synn refuses to leave her room because of her diminished mental powers. When an out-of-control fire threatens the Ocala National Forest, not even She-Cat and Tara at her giantess size can contain it, so Stardust and Rayda are called in to help. Even that is not enough, until Firebeam arrives to Quell the blaze. Plotted by Bill Black, script and pencils by Brad Gorby, with inks by Mark Heike. Guest starring Rad, The Terrorist, Atoman, Carbonator( formerly Nightman) Speedbolt and Magic Lantern, Rayda, John Contractor and Verdon Fell. Great GTS scenes of the giant woman Tara fighting the fire. Then, in “Shadows Of Yesterday”, Nightveil tells The Sentinels how history ran in her reality, and how The Shroud’s attack might go in theirs. Assuring her of complete cooperation, Paragon even plans to undo the mental limits he put on himself during The Armageddon Factor, so that he can mentally expand to become The Shroud’s match. This is part 3 of the three-part “Yesterday Syndrome” storyline. And then there were two. With Ms. Victory devolved out of existance, only She-Cat and Nightveil (in her non-powered Blue Bulleteer persona) are left, and they are in the clutches of Lady Luger, in the bunker of the German High Command, in the waning minutes of The War in Europe. History plays out as it should for all therin, except for the Femforcers. As Nightveil winks out of existance, She-Cat slides back further in time, to 1938. Meanwhile, in the present, general Strock sends a contingent of paranormals int the Enigma Cloud, now found in the asteroid belt beyond Mars, in search of the missing Femforce. What Paragon and the others find there is Bolt, and four strange alien entities that split off from him when he was rejoined with his human side; The Multibolts. Learning little from him, Bolt is soon teleported away by the strange being known as The Shimmerer. Where should he wind up but in 1938, with She-Cat, who has tricked The Black Shroud into confronting her there physically, in a time period when he is vulnerable to attack. With The Shimmerers help, Bolt and ‘Cat move forward through time again, undoing the deaths of the Femforce. When they return to the present, they find there adventure in the time continuum has apparently altered events, and onlt the FF remember howc they happened. “She-Cat… Last Hero Standing!” is written by Bill Black, drawn by Brad Gorby and Dick Ayers, with inks by Mark Heike. Lee Brown, drawn by Eric Coile, and inked by Mark Heike. Not only did the Garganta formula that Stella Stargaze slipped Marla Allison turn her into a giantess and give her destructive eye-beams, it made her crazy as well. Even a Garganta growing up in height to match her can’t stop the rampaging actress, only a cold shower brings her back down to size. Great GTS cat-fight action. It’s manga mania as that horrible apparition out of the Golden Age, The Claw returns. He’s taken over the underwater city of Oceanus One, and uses it as his base of operations for a new plan of world conquest. Hoodwinking Synn and her newly-created anime friends Popsie-Pop and Manga-Synn into coming down to Oceanus, The Claw hooks up her synestropic brain to a machine that will broadcast it’s reality-warping powers across the globe. His fiendish scheme? Remake ever human on the planet in his own image. Well, since Synn recently got hooked on reading manga and looking at anime’, her mind is still filled with those images, so when the machine is turned on- you guessed it- it’s big heads, big eyes and big hair for every man, woman and child on the planet. This doesn’t slow down The Claw a bit, though, as with an army of hypnotically- controlled Captain Freedoms in tow, he launches a full-scale attack on Washington D. C. As the FF giantess Tara Fremont grows to twelve stories high to bring The Claw down to size, he grows even bigger than the giant woman heroine. Can anything stop him? “Mangled By The Claw” is written by Bill Black, drawn by Brad Gorby, and inked by Mark Heike.
