Unfortunately, the Black Terror action figure was produced as a licensed product by a company that no longer exists. If anyone out there knows of a toy compay that would like to pick up the baton and go into production with a replica or similar product, we would be more than happy to discuss a license with them.

Not familiar with that company. If you can put us in touch with them, we’ll be happy to talk licensing with them.
