AC Comics has been based in the cosmopolitan Orlando, Florida area since the early 1980's. The AC Comics P.O. Box address based in Longwood, Florida that was printed in all of our comics prior to 2014 is still active and goes directly to Bill Black.

We have experimented with digital comics, but we have no interest in pursuing digital comics any further at this time. Since we actually need the sales of comic books to keep publishing (and have zero ancillary products, like toys or diapers with our characters on them like the corporate conglomerate comics), we are still relying on physical comics sales through Diamond Distribution through comics shops worldwide. If you are International (Not in the USA), please DO NOT ORDER ONLINE at this time. Please contact us directly via phone or email  and we will arrange special shipping to you.

Due to shipping problems, we no longer offer online international shipping automatically as one of our options on our store at this time. International packages can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for flat rate  delivery.

If you would like to see estimates on shipping options, go to https://www.usps.com and estimate that whatever you "think" it ought ship at, the post office will likely bump it up to the next level. ( To give you some sample weights : 6 regular 24 page comics=14oz. and 15 regular 24 page comics=2 lbs, 4ozs). We can also ship via Federal Express or DHL.

Our online ordering system is very easy to use on your phone, tablet or computer! We now accept Debit and Credit--with VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and more! Please click on the Category Links (Femforce, Westerns, Golden Age) to browse through our collection of over 700 items available right now in our store. You can also use the Search Box located on the top of every page to find items by keyword. If you are having trouble locating a book, try looking for the year it was published (from 1983 to present) which should show you everything that came out that year that's currently on the shop. If it's not on the shop, we still have several comics not yet back up, so please email us if you're looking for something that's not there! "Add to Cart" buttons will add the item you select to your online shopping cart for purchase when you are ready to checkout. You can change the quantity of the items selected within your cart if you would like to purchase multiple copies of the same product. You can then proceed to checkout and purchase your items via credit card or PayPal. Using a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay with Stripe is the first button option! PayPal is the second button option (you can also use credit or debit with your Paypal!

The older newsprint color books, unless they're rare, we usually have in stock, but all the black and white issues were published in a much lower quantity --when they're gone, they're gone! We have back issues since 1982 for sale on the AC shop. If you can't find something you're looking for or if you experience any trouble with our online store, please contact us. Yes, we are SOLD OUT of some of the latest COLOR issues and have priced remaining copies accordingly. If you want the new color issues  at COVER PRICE, please order them from your local comic book shop.  

Submission Guidelines:

We really love and appreciate getting enthusiastic artist submissions from potential freelancers, including pencillers, inkers, letterers and colorists wanting to do comic books, but please DO NOT send ANY attachments to this email address.

Please send links to your artwork posted somewhere online (for example, on a showcase/gallery website to show off your artwork)  and we'll check them out.

If you have your art posted somewhere online on a site that you could send us a link to, that would be great! We would like you to be able to demonstrate some ability to produce reasonably effective comic book continuity ( multiple pages utilizing multiple panels telling a story or sequence of a story) with attractive people/superheroes/superheroines.

Ideally, we would like to see four or five pages with depictions of mundane everyday scenes to give us an idea of the quality of the comic artwork by itself before we make a decision to move the discussion along.

We are potentially interested in publishing previously established comic book creators and/or established comic book properties as creator owned comics.  That means, if we've heard of you and we like you, we might be interested.

Please DO NOT send unsolicited characters, concepts or comic books. THIS MEANS PLEASE DON"T SEND US ANYTHING.   PLEASE ASK US FIRST.

Please, no comic book titles, no proprietary characters or anything related specifically to your concept should ever be sent to us at this time. Contact us directly via phone, email and/or regular mail and we'll get back to you.

We sell our brand new comics to comic stores worldwide through Diamond Distribution. We always urge you to support your local comic book retailers to PRE-ORDER and BUY your NEW COLOR AC Comics from them. Go to your local comic book shop and ask for Diamond Previews. Look under "AC Comics" in the Diamond Distribution Previews catalog. You will see a listing that's an advance order --that's a couple of months ahead of when it will actually ship to the comic shop. Ask the store owner to order the comic book for you. You will then get the comic books in-store in a few months and be able to buy it at cover price or less.
