AC Comics has been based in the cosmopolitan Orlando, Florida area since the early 1980's. The AC Comics P.O. Box address based in Longwood, Florida that was printed in all of our comics prior to 2014 is still active and goes directly to Bill Black.

Digital Comics
We have experimented with digital comics, but we have no interest in pursuing digital comics any further at this time.
Since we actually need the sales of comic books to keep publishing (and have virtually no ancillary products with our characters on them like the corporate conglomerate comics), we are still relying on physical comics sales through comics shops worldwide through Diamond Distribution.

If you are International (Not in the USA), please DO NOT ORDER ONLINE at this time. Please contact us directly via phone or email (form below) and we will arrange special shipping to you.
Due to shipping problems, we no longer offer online international shipping automatically as one of our options on our store at this time.
International packages can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for flat rate delivery.

Please click on the Category Links (Femforce, Westerns, Golden Age, etc) to browse through our collection of over 700 back issues available right now in our store. If you're looking for our most recent color issues, please go to your local comic book store.
You can also use the Search Box located on the top of every page to find items by keyword.
If you are having trouble locating a book, try looking for the year it was published (from 1983 to present) which should show you everything that came out that year that's currently on the shop. If it's not on the shop, we still have several comics not yet back up, so please email us if you're looking for something that's not there!
Just because it's not on the shop doesn't mean it's "rare" or sold out, we just don't have time to re-list them all! We've have several shop changes over the years and simply not every book is listed.
"Add to Cart" buttons will add the item you select to your online shopping cart for purchase when you are ready to checkout. You can change the quantity of the items selected within your cart if you would like to purchase multiple copies of the same product.
You can then proceed to checkout and purchase your items through Stripe or PayPal.
Using a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay with Stripe is the first button option!
PayPal is the second button option. You can also use credit or debit there as well.
You can also order our back issues via check or money order. Email us a list and we will calculate postage via USPS.

We have back issues since 1982 for sale on the AC shop. If you can't find something you're looking for or if you experience any trouble with our online store, please contact us!

The older newsprint color books, unless they're rare, we usually have in stock, but all the black and white issues were published in a much lower quantity --when they're gone, they're gone!
Submission Guidelines for AC Comics
Submission Guidelines:
For Pencillers, Inkers, Letterers and Colorists:
We really love and appreciate getting enthusiastic artist submissions from potential freelancers, including pencillers, inkers, letterers and colorists wanting to do comic books, but please DO NOT send ANY attachments to this email address.
Please send links to your artwork posted somewhere online (for example, on a showcase/gallery website to show off your artwork) and we'll check them out.
If you have your art posted somewhere online on a site that you could send us a link to, that would be great!
We would like you to be able to demonstrate some ability to produce reasonably effective comic book continuity ( Six or seven pages utilizing multiple panels telling a story or sequence of a story) with attractive people/superheroes/superheroines.
Ideally, we would like to see four or five of those pages with depictions of mundane everyday scenes to give us an idea of the quality of the comic artwork by itself before we make a decision to move the discussion along.
We are looking for sequential storytelling in comic book art. We've gotten several people sending us "paintings" lately --static, digitally over-rendered shots of characters and being indignant when we've told them "No, this is wrong." We want to see comic book artwork.
While we do not strictly have a "House Style", we do prefer material that will lend itself to "classic American style comic books". If you can draw attractive people using sequential storytelling , we can probably find a place somewhere your material will work.

We are also potentially interested in publishing previously established comic book creators and/or established comic book properties as creator owned comics. That means, if we've heard of you and we like you, we might be interested!
Please DO NOT send unsolicited characters, concepts or comic books. THIS MEANS PLEASE DON"T SEND US ANYTHING, PLEASE PHONE OR EMAIL AND ASK US FIRST.

Go to your local comic book shop and ask for Diamond Previews.
Look under "AC Comics" in the Diamond Distribution Previews catalog. You will see a listing that's an
advance order --that's a couple of months ahead of when it will actually ship to the comic shop.
Ask the store owner to order the comic book for you. You will then get the comic books in-store in a few months and be able to buy it at cover price or less.
