A night out on the town in Denver for -Cat and Mike(The ScarletScorpion)McCluskey gets ugly when they’re taken by surprise by a trigger-happy mugger in a back alley. Momentarily dazed by gunshot wounds, the theif takes not only ‘Cat’s purse, but also the mystic ring which holds the cat -Sehkmet in check. With the snarling, feral beast in control of She-Cat’s body, an injured Scarlet Scorpion cannot stop her, and it’s up to Nightveil to save the day. Meanwhile, Synn jumps into her new job as the Femforce public relations director with vigor. “Ring Of Rage” is written by Bill Black, drawn by Brad Gorby, and inked by Mark Heike. It guest stars Reddevil, Crimebuster, Yankee Girl , General Strock, and Squeeks . Then, in a special cross-company back-up story, The characters from Gina and Richie Prosch’s Emma Davenport comics, Emma and Fangirl, visit the FF themepark, Super Cosmos. They get to mingle with the real FF, but trouble is afoot in the form of Dr. Pretorius. “Nightemma” is written by Bill Black and drawn by Richie Prosch, and is continued in the Lohmann Hills Press book, Emma Davenport #8, in a chapter drawn by Brad Gorby and Mark Heike. Also, a Synn pinup by Stephanie Sanderson. This issue has a color photo cover of Mary Capps as Nightveil, and interiors are black and white with graytones. Standard comic book format.
